The boy’s soccer team shutout the Highland Trojans Saturday as they close out their home season. Justin McGhee scored for the Indians and senior Joe Huber had an assist. Rudy Moravec and Josh Gonzalez each had a goal and an assist. Cody Simmons had a quiet day in net, only needing to stop one shot.
The girl’s golf team shot a 407 to take 17th at the Lafayette Jefferson Regional at Battleground Golf Club on Saturday. Katelyn Bohlim shot a 97, Alexis Godines 97, Alexis Christlieb 103, and Hannah Lichnerowicz 110 for the Indians. Congratulations on the season ladies and thank you to the seniors for all your hard work.
The girls cross country team placed 11th in the Elite Divison at the Culver Academies Invite on Saturday. The team was led by Kyra Ball, Rebecca Timm, Lucy Appelman, Erin Reynolds and Stephanie Waters. In the reserve race Kara Denvit and Anacelia Martinez led the team. No team scores were kept.
The wrestling team will have a call out meeting Wednesday after school. Anyone interested in wrestling this winter should report to the wrestling room right after school.
