Volleyball Wins in Five

Portage varsity volleyball beat the Wheeler Bearcats in 5 last night at Wheeler High School.  The final score was 3-2.  Kaitlyn Galey had 13 assists and 13 digs.  Abby Alexander had 23 digs and 5 aces.  Jordyn Tucker had 7 kills, while Alexa Ciesielski had 7 kills and 4 blocks.

Varsity Soccer Tops South Bend Adams

Portage Varsity Soccer beat South Bend Adams 3-1 in a shortenend game on Saturday.  The first goal was scored by Ben Schaefer and the next 2 shots by Zack Wefler and Koste Kocoski were deflected off of South Bend’s own team members and scored.  The rains came at halftime and the game was called due to the flooding

Varsity Football Attends Scrimmage

Portage began its start to the football season with a controlled scrimmage hosted by Munster on August 15th.  Portage has over 100 players on its roster and allowed almost all to play in the scrimmage.  Portage will open its season Friday, August 22nd against Mishawaka at 6:30 cst at The Warpath.

Collazo Attends Top 100 Showcase

Big Rivals Night @ Lucas Oil

Portage High School’s football team will be participating in the “Big Rivals Night” at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Saturday, September 6th.  Portage will play host to the Lake Central Indians at 1:40 CST.
